There are several standards held dear to McCarroll Automotive Group - treating customers like guest in your own home, providing great & memorable experiences, as well as providing the highest quality service possible. With multiple dealerships operating throughout the North Shore, McCarroll's is also committed to participating and contributing to its local community.
Whether it be partnering a school event, or sponsoring a charity group, McCarroll's realises the importance of being an active member in its community and the significance of helping the less fortunate.
Over the years McCarroll Automotive group has enjoyed being involved in supporting numerous charities and do so with enthusiasm and joy. This is because of the wonderful vision and goals these charities constantly make a reality.
Some of these include:
Eddie's Mates
McCarroll's Automotive Group are proud to be involved with St Edmund's School Wahronga, a school for intellectually disabled children. Phil McCarroll, along with many other supporters and staff serve in various roles to ensure the school is able to provide education and care to teenagers with vision impairment and other special needs.

One of their major fundraising events is the Eddie's Big Night Out. Held at Miramare gardens, many supporters and friends come together to not only raise much needed funds, but to also watch Eddie's Performers (students) steal the show with their on stage performances.
The Novus Foundation

The Novus Foundation was formed in 2006, a collaboration between the Rotary Club of Wahroonga and The McCarroll's Automotive Group.
These two organisations originally came together in late 2006 with the intention of developing and supporting projected directed at the welfare of youth in the District of Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai. Since then the Novus Foundation has raised over $515,000 for a variety of different organisation that are investing in our youth.
Over time the reach of Novus has gone further afield to support locally run organisations that are helping youth and children here and also overseas.
In 2010, Novus supported four organisations -Sydney Adventist Hospital's HealthCare Outreach program, PCYC Centre of Performing Arts Hornsby, StreetWork, and the Rotary Club of Wahroonga youth programs by raising over $140,000 at their Gala Dinner in May.
In previous years, Novus has supported the Australasian Research Institute to conduct research into childhood obesity and links between food and mood, and the Hornsby/Ku-ring-Gai PCYC.
Rotary Club of Wahroonga

Phil is also a member of Wahroonga Rotary, which is a Rotary breakfast club that welcomes early risers who enjoy socialising with their contemporaries, attending a regular meeting with a guest speaker and doing something for those less fortunate than themselves.
Tour de cure
While being involved in the community as a Group, McCarroll's Automotive also encourages and supports its staff in getting behind worthy causes. One example is when Simon McCarroll (Lexus of Chatswood) and Daniel Chalhoub (Lexus of Newcastle) participated in the Tour de Cure.

A team of 90 people left the Channel 7 studios in Sydney on May 7 on a special mission in the fight against Cancer. The 2010 Tour de Cure is a 1400km bicycle ride to raise awareness about cancer and to raise funds for cancer research and cancer services.
The group visited regions including the Hunter Valley, New England, Byron Bay, Gold Coast and Brisbane before completing their journey on the Sunshine Coast on May 16. Along the way they spread their message of hope and inspiration and raised funds with visits to schools, shopping centres and community events.
Lexus is a proud sponsor of the event. The riders completed this year’s Tour de Cure on
the Sunshine Coast on May 16. They have already exceeded their goal of raising $ 1.6 million but more donations are urgently needed. For more pictures and reports from the tour or to donate visit http://www.tourdecure.com.au
Variety Dinners
A message from the Special Olympics Dance Performance Group to Phil McCarroll:
"Hi Phil
On behalf of the Special Olympics Dance Performance Group I thank you for your fantastic support of our 5th annual Variety Night Dinner - Simply The Best.
Thanks to you and your team it was our best Variety Dinner ever.....we raised in excess of $150,000! The raffle alone raised over $14,000 and we thank you for your generous support.
More importantly the dancers had the night of their lives, the atmosphere was great and everyone seemed to enjoy the performances and the conviviality of the evening.
The dancers are truly inspiring and they motivate all of us to achieve more each year. Their grand total now exceeds more than $550,000 over the last 5 years.
The night also raised a significant amount of money to help send Harry, Andrew and Mel to the World Summer Games in Athens 2011. It is important in this letter to acknowledge our performers and the Barker College Big Band, who give generously of their time and enter into the spirit of the night by highlighting the dancers throughout their performances.
I am sure you are aware it is a year long journey in preparation for us.....BUT what a magnificent positive result.
Next year's 6th annual dinner will be held on Friday 26 August and we hope that you will be able to continue your support and join with us on the evening.
We are proud to say that you are part of our Special Olympics family.
Thank You
Fran"
