Lexus Drivecare
Our 24-hour roadside assistance service for Encore Members provides peace of mind, around the clock.
Lexus DriveCare6 services include:
- Breakdown assistance with fuel, battery or tyre/wheel replacement
- Basic mechanical assistance
- Breakdown towing as required to a Lexus Dealer or nominated technical centre
- Personal Assist service (Terms and Conditions apply)
- Clothing and personal effects cover up to $250 (including GST)


Service Loan Car
When you need your car serviced, we provide a complimentary Service Loan Car.
You can either pick it up when you drop your car off, or we can pick up your Lexus and drop off a loan vehicle, for your convenience.
Once your Lexus has been serviced, we return it with a complimentary exterior wash and vacuumed interior.

Encore Elevate3 offers a suite of privileges designed to enhance your lifestyle. When you're a member, everyday moments become an effortless experience. And luxurious surprises become part of every day.

How do I become an Encore member?
Enrolment in Encore Owner Benefits is complimentary on delivery of new vehicles and Lexus Certified Pre-Owned vehicles2 purchased on or after 1 January 2020.
Once you have purchased an eligible Lexus vehicle from your preferred Lexus dealership, and shortly after you have taken delivery of your vehicle, your Lexus Dealer will complete your enrolment for Encore Owner Benefits.
How do I become an Encore Elevate member?
Current Lexus owners can apply for Encore Elevate via the Lexus Encore App. Alternatively, you can contact your preferred Lexus dealer to find out more and become a member of Encore Elevate.
How do I become an Encore Platinum member?
Enrolment in Encore Platinum Owner Benefits is complimentary on LC, LS, LX and LM model purchases.Â
Once you have purchased an eligible Lexus vehicle from your preferred Lexus dealership, and shortly after you have taken delivery of your vehicle, your Lexus Dealer will complete your enrolment for Encore Platinum Owner Benefits.
Am I eligible for Encore?
You are eligible for Encore if you purchase an eligible Lexus vehicle from your preferred Lexus dealership. Shortly after you have taken delivery of your vehicle, your Lexus Dealer will complete your enrolment for Encore Owner Benefits or Encore Platinum Owner Benefits.
Alternatively, to check if you’re eligible for Encore Owner Benefits or Encore Platinum Owner Benefits, you may contact the Lexus Customer Assistance Centre (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm) on 1800 023 009 or complete the Contact Us form.
Am I eligible for Encore Elevate?
Current Lexus Owners who have a Lexus VIN can purchase Encore Elevate. This excludes Encore Platinum Members
How do I access my Encore benefits?
To redeem a Service Loan Car, you must book your standard scheduled logbook servicing with your preferred Lexus Dealer.
To redeem Lexus DriveCare,6 call 1800 253 987.
You can access Exclusive Offers and your Ampol Fuel Offer10 through the Lexus Encore App.
You will receive invitations to Exclusive Events throughout the year if you have provided us with your details and opted in to receiving communication about Encore Owner Benefits. Lexus use your details to notify you of new Exclusive Offers and invite you to Exclusive Events.

How do I access my Encore Elevate benefits?
You can access all your Encore Elevate benefits in the Lexus Encore App.
How do I access my Encore Platinum benefits?
You can book a Lexus on Demand through the Lexus Encore App.
You can access Airport Lounge passes through the Lexus Encore App.

What will happen with current Encore Platinum Electrified benefits?
Owners of Lexus RZ vehicles produced before November 2023 and Lexus UX 300e vehicles produced before June 2024 will continue to receive their 3 years of Encore Platinum Electrified.5
As at April 2026, Encore Platinum Electrified comprised:
Encore Benefits – Exclusive Offers, Exclusive Events, Service Loan Car and DriveCare6 (5 years for RZ).
Platinum Electrified Benefits – On Demand (Up to 8 days × 4)7, Valet Parking (× 8)11, Airport Lounge (× 4), Charging cables, Home Charger and standard installation8, and complimentary access to Chargefox network.9
How do I access the Lexus Encore App?
Once you have purchased an eligible Lexus vehicle from your preferred Lexus dealership, and shortly after you have taken delivery of your vehicle, your Lexus Dealer will complete your enrolment for Encore Owner Benefits or Encore Platinum Owner Benefits.
You will then receive an email with instructions on to access the Lexus Encore App and complete your registration.
You may access the Lexus Encore App on your mobile device or computer.
Accessing using a mobile device
- Download the Lexus Encore App from the Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS)
- Enter your details (First name, Last name, Email, Mobile number) and set a password. Follow the prompts to register
- Once your ownership has been verified by Lexus, you will receive a link
- Click this link and you will be taken to the login page
- Log in using your email and password. You will now be able to access your Encore account
