You may have noticed some exciting changes occurring at Lexus of Chatswood, and we’re now thrilled to announce our all-new Service Centre is open, offering unprecedented levels of luxury and convenience for our customers.
Modelled on the best hotels and first-class lounges around the world, our new Service Centre is no longer a place to simply wait for your vehicle. It’s also a fully equipped office, a relaxing lounge and a world-class cafe all in one.
Your Time is Precious
We appreciate your time is precious, and so our intention was to create a Japanese-inspired luxury space that you can use your way.<
Perhaps that means taking advantage of our high-speed WiFi, phone and laptop charging capabilities, and stylish, private work zones to make our service centre an extension of your office, or it might mean simply relaxing by the fireplace with a newspaper or a tome from our well-stocked bookshelf. The choice is yours.
Either way, you’ll also be able to enjoy a barista-style Italian coffee, perhaps with a delicious pastry or fresh fruit to accompany it.
Behind the scenes, our technicians will be working in a just-updated service space, with 14 hoists, two express bays and a wheel-alignment bay to ensure you’re back behind the wheel as quickly as possible.
And to make servicing even more convenient, our Lexus of Chatswood Service Centre is home to an on-site paint and panel repair service to ensure you never have to take your vehicle to another location.
It’s all about introducing a sense of what the Japanese call ‘gōsha’ to your ownership experience, perfectly blending luxury, comfort and convenience for our customers.
